🏠 What kind of products do you sell?
We sell licensed 3D printed home décor, lighting, and decorative display pieces. Each item is custom-printed using designs obtained through commercial licensing agreements.
🧵 What material are the products made out of?
We use eco-friendly PLA filament for our products. PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a biodegradable thermoplastic made from renewable sources like corn starch or sugarcane. It’s widely used in 3D printing for its ease of use, low cost, and environmental friendliness.
📐 Why can I see lines in my product?
Visible lines are called layer lines—normal in 3D printing, where objects are built layer by layer. We optimize print settings for strength and detail, but subtle texture is part of the process.
🧼 How do I care for my 3D-printed items?
Avoid exposing your items to high heat. Do not place them in microwaves, dishwashers, or leave them in direct sunlight (like inside a hot car). PLA is not heat-resistant and may warp or soften under extreme temperatures.
🧱 Can 3D-printed items break easily?
PLA is strong but can be brittle depending on the design. Durability depends on material, design complexity, and print settings. We optimize infill and layer height to ensure strength, but delicate designs may be more fragile. If you have concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us.
🎨 Why do colors look different in photos or on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, camera settings, and screen differences. For precise matching, we recommend ordering physical samples.
📦 How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. For more details,

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship within the United States at this time.
💡 Are lighting kits included?
Some products include lighting kits; others are compatible with standard LED setups. Product descriptions specify what’s included. If you're unsure, just ask!
🔁 What’s your return policy?
Returns accepted within 14 days for unused, undamaged items. Custom or painted items are not eligible for return. Buyer covers return shipping. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately—we’ll make it right.
