Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All 3D‑printed items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before shipment. We work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible while maintaining high quality standards. We currently ship within the United States only.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Estimated delivery time after shipment: 3–7 business days. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time and may incur extra shipping charges. Any additional fees will be shown at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress at any time.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you. If your order is lost in transit, reach out to us and we will help locate the package or arrange a replacement when appropriate. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
