Order Issues

If something’s wrong with your order, we’ve got you. Every piece is 3D printed to order, and while we aim for perfection, issues can happen. Follow the steps below so we can fix it fast.


Damaged or Broken Item

3D prints can be fragile during transit. If your item arrived cracked, snapped, or damaged:

Email support@myfly3dprints.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • A photo of the packaging (if possible)

We’ll replace it at no cost.


Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong model, color, or size:

Send us:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of what you received

We’ll correct it immediately.


Missing Parts / Assembly Issues

For multi‑piece prints or LED items:

  • Check the packaging carefully

  • If something is missing or doesn’t fit right, send photos and we’ll resolve it

We’ll ship replacement parts if needed.


Print Variations

All items are 3D printed individually. Minor differences in:

  • Layer lines

  • Texture

  • Color tone

  • Surface finish

…are normal and part of the handmade process.

These are not considered defects.


LED Issues (If Applicable)

If your LED base or wiring isn’t working:

  • Send a short video or photo

  • Include your order number

We’ll replace the LED component.


Tracking Not Updating

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to refresh after the carrier scans the package.

If it hasn’t updated after a few days, reach out and we’ll check it.


Package Marked Delivered but Not Received

Carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.

Give it 24–48 hours — it usually shows up.

Still missing? Email us and we’ll help investigate.


Wrong Address Entered

We cannot reroute packages once they ship.

If your order has not entered production yet, contact us immediately — we may be able to update the address.
