Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The return period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging
Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing components may be declined.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized 3D prints
- Made‑to‑order items that have been used or damaged
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Log into your customer account through our website.
2. Select the order you wish to return
3. Follow the prompts to submit your request
If you checked out as a guest or cannot access your account, email us at support@myfly3dprints.com and we will assist you.
Once your request is submitted, we will review it and notify you of approval or rejection.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high‑value items. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification
- If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are applied to the original payment method
Please note: Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item:
1. Return the original item for a refund
2. Place a new order for the desired item
